Mayauru's gift
[tiré de Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, je n'ai pas trouvé de traduction potable alors je le laisse en anglais]

Mayauru, a fairy who lost her memories lives alone in the forest.
One day a girl happened to come by and they became friends.
The next day the girl came to the forest again to play with mayauru, but this time she brought a group of friends along. They played happily every day.

But mayauru wasn’t human like the rest and aged slowly.
The children gradually became older and the time they played all together became lesser, and they eventually forget about Mayauru.

And then, the girl she first met… was the only one left.
But that girl also grew up and couldn’t play with mayauru anymore.
Even so, she refused to forget about Mayauru…

One day she went back to the forest.
Mayauru was very happy.
It seems like nothing had changed and she came to visit Mayauru every day.
The grown up girl became lonely, but she couldn’t leave Mayauru behind.

Until one day she burst in tears…
Mayauru smiled at her and gave her a present as a gratitude for the nicest person:

“The words of farewell”

The time with each other was a very good time.
However, what if these things continue to be sad?
For that sad event, remember the charm of ‘words of farewell’.

The tears of the girl were increasing, and tried her best to laugh.
Mayauru laughed even brighter and teach the girl the words of farewell.
Hereafter a beginning will come.

Until then no one knew the words of farewell.
With knowing the pleasant of these words,
the girl became the happiest person of all.

Let's say farewell with a smile.
